Frequently asked questions

What materials are used for the frames?

Each frame is handcrafted from solid hardwood with a smooth matte finish. You can choose from White, Natural Oak, or Black, all fitted with UV-protective acrylic to preserve your artwork.

What kind of paper do you use?

We print on museum-grade 310gsm fine art paper using archival inks. This ensures rich detail, deep tones, and longevity worthy of gallery display.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement right away at no extra cost.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

What is The Nepal Project?

The Nepal Project is a charity partnership with the WYG Foundation. 100% of profits from this collection go directly towards education, shelter, food, and healthcare for vulnerable communities in Nepal.

Why can delivery take up to 5 weeks?

Each piece is handcrafted locally in Australia by skilled artisans. We are committed to perfection, and the process of printing, framing, and finishing your artwork takes time to meet museum-quality standards. This attention to detail means delivery can take up to 5 weeks — but ensures your piece is truly exceptional.
